Media queries in SVG and background-size

Your browser must support the following web platform features …

• Media queries
• Media queries in SVG
• background-size

… AND must adjust the size of the SVG view port when the value of background-size changes. As of publication (7 April 2013) Chrome is the only browser that does. Other browsers DO however, support media queries in SVG. (Also available on GitHub)
